“Out-of-the-Bag: RealTalkNow” ™
It’s important to talk about feelings, real feelings, but it is not always easy, so here’s a way to get started. Each person has his/her own bag, white is best. Create your unique design on the outside. Write whatever you are feeling, happy or sad, on pieces of paper and put them into the bag. Meet with family/friends on a regular basis (once a week if possible) and pull those feelings out of the bag, each person taking a turn to talk. All ages join in.
